Worst society in NCR
Worst society in NCR just because of maintenance team .3rd class uneducated staff are specially at manager level .Mr Suresh the maint mgr is good for nothing.no service is been provided but you have to pay maintenance charges.better live in any slum than PANCHSHEEL GREEN 2.Bhool se b yha flat mat lena ...m fasa hu tm b fasoge.
Rude staff
I have visited Panchsheel Greens 2 Noida Extension for a demo of a flat. The staff there was very rude. He was arrogant and was in a lot of hurry. Worst builder.
Full of amenities-

Under-construction project ....Society master plan is poor. Garden Facing or internal towers have no sunlight which makes living discomfort.
Panchsheel have record of not maintaining their projects. You may ask residents of Hynish, Greens1&2. Lifts get failed every next day. Residents experiencing free fall of lifts daily.
Plaster falling everywhere. You will be charged to access club monthly even after paying club membership charges.
Overall pathetic service by pachsheel in almost all their projects where they are ruling.
