The front staff
The front staff, the nurses, and Dr Richard Swift MD were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. They listened to my concerns and explained what what was going to happen. The cyst removal procedure only lasted a few minutes. The nurse then gave me bandages and told me what the expect for recovery.
